Thai Massage For The Head, Neck And Shoulder Complex

To have a clear Vision we need to make the pathway between heart and mind clear. To do so we must release all the gates from head, neck and shoulders so the communication with the heart can be Seen.

In this 2.5 day workshop our focus will be on releasing the tensions that very often ‘sit’ on our shoulders, stiffen the neck and jaw and create ‘headaches’, difficulties to think, to see.

We will work structurally on muscles, fascias and joints to unblock any stagnation and permit a free flow of blood, nutrients and oxygen.

We will also work on calming the mind by calming the sympathetic part of the nervous system and letting the parasympathetic system reset and rejuvenate the body into optimal state of health.

to get to Seveso there are few options:
– from Milan Malpensa airport there are trains (with 2 changes you can arrive at Seveso Station, 300 mt from Samadhi Center).
– from Milan Linate Airport take a bus to Cadorna station and then a train to Seveso station.
– also from Milan central railway station, with 2 change, in 40 min you will arrive to Seveso Station.
– there is also Bergamo airport… it takes 1 hour by bus to Milan, and then by train to the center. Usually Ryanair flies to Bergamo
º there are parking places around, very close, with no difficulties, and we have a 3 places in the studios courtyard.
º Massimo bar/restaurant 20 mtrs, close to the studio and a supermarket in front of the studio. (we are in the center of the small city).
There is also a beautiful natural park within 10 min of walk !
º hotel Lombardia is cheapest and nearest (100 mtr) to the studio
